“WinVinaya Foundation is an active member of DNA. We strongly believe that making this world inclusive cannot be done by one organization (no matter how big it is) and it is important that we collaborate with other NGOs to make a bigger impact. DNA is a great platform to make this happen. Since we are part of DNA, we got candidates to be trained from other member organizations like - Enable India, Dr Reddy's Foundation, Cheshire Homes, Mitra Jyothi, Youth4Jobs and more. We trained the candidates in software development and placed them successfully in various companies. Because of DNA, we were able to recruit candidates for WinVinaya from other NGOs and we were able to place candidates to other NGOs (ex: GiftAbled). In some cases, we got candidates only for placement assistance - for example - GiftAbled connected us to some candidates working in a MNC whose project was ending and wanted placement assistance. We provided placement assistance for some of those candidates. Now, we are planning to start training for ID (Intellectually Disabled) candidates and are partnering with Seva in Action to start a batch for training the candidates in Data Visualization which is one of the latest trends in the industry. Because of DNA, we have a platform where it is easy to share information across member organizations in terms of openings for training, openings for jobs, and more. This results in strong collaboration, trusted partnership and results in greater social impact. Looking forward to a great partnership with DNA and its members so that we can significantly multiply the positive contribution to the society”

“I am grateful to DNA for giving me the opportunity to do my Early Intervention Training in Shristi Special Academy. Early Intervention has been one of my favourite work experiences so far. It's a program that provides play-based therapy to children with developmental delays or concerns from birth to three years old. The majority of this is done in the child's regular setting in their home or day-care and is done using Individualized Family Service Plan written to cater specifically to that child's needs, goals, and progress. This training has helps me to do Screening, Assessment and follow up. Through this program, I am able to reached out so many developmental delay children and I am happy to see their improvement.”
